Raj Subramani

Chartered Physiotherapist

Raj is an experienced physiotherapist with extensive experience helping people recover from musculoskeletal pain and injuries.

He takes a practical, hands-on approach to treatment and is particularly well suited to people with joint pain, muscle strains, sports injuries, or stiffness that is affecting everyday life. Where appropriate, Raj uses manual therapy and massage techniques alongside clear, personalised rehabilitation plans to help restore movement, strength and confidence.

As someone who enjoys keeping fit himself, Raj understands the importance of getting back to the activities you enjoy - whether that is the gym, sport, work, walking the dog or simply moving more comfortably day to day. His friendly and supportive approach makes rehabilitation feel achievable, with treatment tailored to your individual goals.

Mega Sathish

Senior Physiotherapist

Mega is a Senior Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. She is particularly skilled at explaining your diagnosis and the likely cause of your symptoms in a clear, easy-to-understand way, so you feel informed and confident about the next steps.

Whether you are dealing with long-standing sciatica, a sudden neck or shoulder injury, or ongoing muscle and joint pain, Mega will create a treatment plan around your needs and goals. She combines hands-on treatment, tailored exercises and functional rehabilitation to help you move more comfortably and return to the activities that matter to you.

Mega has earned excellent five-star Google reviews from patients who value her knowledge, warmth and supportive approach. She also has a particular interest in women’s health, including PCOS, pregnancy and postnatal rehabilitation, and is passionate about creating a space where every patient feels listened to, understood and empowered.

Rick Livesey

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Rick Livesey is OH One Physiotherapy’s Clinical Operations Lead. A Chartered Physiotherapist with almost 20 years’ experience across the NHS, private practice, sport and occupational health, Rick leads the development and delivery of our physiotherapy service.

Rick works closely with the clinical team to ensure every patient receives consistently high-quality, evidence-based care. This includes supporting clinicians in their ongoing development, reviewing clinical quality and patient feedback, and identifying opportunities to continually improve the service.

His extensive experience helps shape the growth of OH One Physiotherapy, ensuring our team has the knowledge, support and systems needed to deliver excellent care to every patient.

Directions to OH One Physiotherapy Clinic – Cardiff (CF11 9LJ)

To locate OH One Physiotherapy clinic at Cathedral Road, Cardiff, here are some key landmarks and directions to help guide you:

From the M4 – Eastbound (e.g. from Newport, Bristol)

  • Exit the M4 at Junction 29 and follow the A48(M) towards Cardiff.

  • Merge onto A48 Western Avenue, then take the exit towards Llandaff / Cardiff City Centre (A4119).

  • Follow A4119 Cathedral Road, continuing straight.

  • At the Cardiff Road junction, turn right – we’re just along on the left-hand side at No. 22.

From the M4 – Westbound (e.g. from Swansea, Bridgend)

  • Exit the M4 at Junction 33, following signs for A4232 Cardiff (West).

  • Continue on A4232, then take the exit toward Leckwith / City Centre (B4267).

  • Follow signs to Cardiff City Stadium, then continue straight onto Cardiff Road (A4161).

  • We’re located at No. 22, on the right-hand side of the road.

From Cardiff City Centre

  • Head west out of the city on Castle Street, which becomes Cowbridge Road East.

  • Turn right onto Cathedral Road (A4119), then left onto Cardiff Road.

  • We’re a short drive or a 20–25 minute walk from Cardiff Castle.

From Cardiff Central Station

  • By car/taxi: Approx. 5 minutes.

  • On foot: Around 15–20 minutes.

    • Exit the station and head towards Wood Street.

    • Continue onto Cowbridge Road East, then turn right onto Cardiff Road.

    • Look out for No. 22 on your left-hand side.

Parking Info

We have two dedicated parking spaces for clients directly outside the clinic.

Bonus tip: There is also free on-street parking available on the opposite side of the road.
